1. Promoter
The promoter is WEAR Luxury Ltd (“WEAR”), operating via www.wearluxury.co.uk.

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of WEAR Luxury Ltd are excluded.

Entries received after this time will not be valid.

4. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must:

5. Only entries with the correct answer will be eligible for the prize draw.

6. Entry bundles available are:

* £25 – 1 entry

* £50 – 3 entries

* £100 – 7 entries

7. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.

8. Skill Requirement: This is a prize competition, not a lottery.
Entry requires the correct answer to a skill-based question which is designed to prevent a significant proportion of people from entering incorrectly.

7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

8. Winner Selection: All eligible entries with the correct answer will be entered into a random draw.
The draw will take place on 01:01:2026 and will be conducted fairly using a random selection process.

9. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the draw via the contact details provided at checkout.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, WEAR reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

10. Publicity: By entering, winners agree to the use of their first name and initial, and/or social handle, for announcement purposes unless they request otherwise.

11. Refunds: Entry fees are non-refundable once an entry has been submitted and the competition question answered.

12. Limitation of Liability: WEAR accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, network failure or any other reason beyond its control.

13. General: WEAR reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

14. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
