3. Wear Luxury Ltd

3.1 You hereby acknowledge that the role of WEAR LUXURY LTD shall be limited to acting as an intermediation platform between buyers and sellers. To that end, save in the case of specific circumstances, WEAR LUXURY LTD shall not become the owner of the products at any point in time

 

4. General conditions

4.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4.2 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4.3 Our suggested retail prices, model numbers, sizes and style details are correct to the best of our knowledge. We regularly update information on www.wearluxury.co.uk and with changing retail prices and supply/demand these details are subject to change without prior notification

4.4 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4.5 We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

4.6 We are not responsible if information made available on our site or our social media platforms are not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

4.7 WEAR LUXURY LTD reserves the right not to fulfil any order that they believe to be fraudulent or if a pricing error has occurred.

We ask for and keep a secure record the following personal information:

5.1 Email address – we use this information in the event that we need to make contact regarding any details of your order or submission of any item that you would like WEAR LUXURY LTD to sell on your behalf. As well as to update you on the new stock we have in store.

5.2 Full name and address – we use this information for credit card validation and for shipping your items. As well as for direct mailing if other forms of contact do not work.

5.3 Telephone number / mobile number – we use this information to contact customers in the event of problems with the order such as payment failures or delivery problems and for SMS updates where you have given your consent. As well as for contact about offers on your items for sale and reductions on items.

5.4 Delivery name and address – we use this information in order to be able to deliver items you have bought or we are returning as your agent in the event of a no sale. It is vital that the recipient’s address is accurate and includes a full postcode.

5.5 Delivery telephone number – we use this information to contact the recipient in the event of a difficulty in delivering the item. We will not contact the recipient under any other circumstances.

5.10 We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

 

6. Products

6.1 Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a devices display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

6.2 Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in the images on our website.

 

7. Your rights to make changes

7.1 If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us on info@wearluxury.co.uk We will let you know if it is possible. If it is, we will let you know about any change to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything that would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. 

 

8. If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed, you may have the right to cancel the contract.

8.1 Returning products after ending the contract - If you end the contract for any reason after products have been despatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. We will provide return delivery address and instructions.

8.2 When we will pay the costs of return - we will pay the costs of return if the products are faulty or misdescribed. 

8.3 How we will refund you - we will refund you the price paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment.

8.4 When will your refund be made - we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. 

 

9. Our rights to end the contract

9.1 We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if you;

1. you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products, for example, identification and order verification documents; or
2. we identify reasons due to which we would be unable to fulfil the order

 

10. Sizing

10.1. All sizing featured on our website is provided as a guide. Measurements are approximate and may vary. We cannot be responsible for any sizing that is not exact as designers size options can vary.
